Gabrielle Loesch is a multi-hyphenate, creator, speaker, designer, artist, stylist, and humanist. Having travelled a few times around the world, her self-made blend of cultures is a mix of exotism from various origins.
In her teens, Gabrielle was mentored by the interior architect and surrealist painter, Marcel Pétron. However, due to her parents strict modus operandi, she hid her artistry, and told she'd never succeed at anything, took refuge in the only safe place she knew, her True Self.
Gabrielle studied at the renowned Esmod School of Fashion Design in Paris, then developped other creative expressions such as custom jewellery, photography, interior design and writing. She has styled multiple homes, sold Princess Gabrielle Jewelry to department stores, and exhibited paintings in Europe and North America.
At Erickson International Coaching in Canada, Gabrielle studied with Marilyn Atkinson, a thought leader and pioneer in Industrial Psychology. It was then, for the first time in her life, that she heard of the Impostor Syndrome and became aware of the dichotomy between her innate creativity and the ingrained message that failure was inevitable.
Gabrielle finally understood why the ebb tide of her creative energy could recede with the fear of being 'not good enough' as an artist. And how another tide could produce beautiful results. In this state of flux, how any creative energy floating back and forth in positive-negative ions, could become psychically exhausting.
Following work in the commercial arena in Europe and the U.S., Gabrielle switched to the non-profit sector when she settled in Canada. Assisting underprivileged minorities, notably refugees and LGBTQIA2S+, she easily related to their repudiation by normative societies, a faniliar experience of exclusion.
She knew all too well, the pain of isolation, of rejection for simply being one's self. In search of where and with whom she could creatively thrive, Gabrielle founded Beautdoozy. Where was all over the world and whom were people who had faced the same rejection and isolation for daring to show their authentic self — a truly unique and beautiful essence.
Through BeautDoozy's offerings, Gabrielle aims to share her personal evolution and liberation from negative messages. By going public, she wants to promote gender and non-gender equality, care for the planet, and respect for all living creatures, which includes the real nature that's deeply rooted in each human being.
Gabrielle infuses BeautDoozy with support and empowerment to combat the pain of being labeled as different by conventions. Standing for the authenticity that beautiful and doozy individuals dare to express, BeautDoozy's creations silently announce, 'I am here as My Self, and I Matter.'
An important goal for Gabrielle and BeautDoozy is to develop CONSCIOUS DRESSING WITH INTENTION. Want to know how it's done?
1. With the thoughtful purchase of items that aren't thrown away in fast consumption.
2. By styling new items with old ones, mix-matching, experimenting, having fun.
3. By strengthening 'intentions' with the practice of Color Visualization (more to come on this).
